Extreme weather like this is only going to get worse unless we start taking climate change seriously and invest in infrastructure that can withstand these new realities.

This is just another tragic reminder of how climate change is already impacting our daily lives in devastating ways. Extreme weather events like these heavy rains are only going to get worse if we don’t take real action to protect our environment. We need to seriously invest in resilient infrastructure and prioritize sustainability over short-term profits. My heart goes out to the victims, but I really hope this wakes people up to the urgency of the climate crisis.

Climate disasters like this are only going to get worse unless we stop prioritizing profit over both people and the planet—public infrastructure needs to be climate resilient, not neglected.

Maybe if the government spent less money on woke pet projects and more on maintaining our infrastructure, tragedies like this could be prevented. Prioritizing the safety of our own citizens should always come first.

Tragic accident, but it really highlights how government-run infrastructure often fails to adapt to changing conditions or maintain safety standards. Maybe if private companies had more freedom (and incentive) to innovate and maintain railways, disasters like this could be prevented. Centralized control just can't keep up with real-world risks.
