Honestly, I think the so-called "culture wars" are just the AfD standing up for German values and not letting the mainstream parties erase our national identity. It’s no surprise that the media tries to smear them for wanting controlled borders and common sense on immigration. If defending your own culture is “divisive,” then maybe the real problem is with those pushing open borders and globalist agendas. The AfD is giving a voice to regular Germans who are tired of being ignored and labeled for their beliefs. People are just waking up and realizing we need to put our country and traditions first.

Maybe if Germany focused more on protecting individual freedoms and less on government control, extremists on both sides wouldn’t have so much fuel for these endless culture wars.

It’s honestly alarming to see the AfD copy the same divisive playbook we’ve seen in the US, all just to score political points and push their regressive agenda. Germany deserves leaders who fight for inclusion and social progress, not ones who stoke fear and spread misinformation.

It's frustrating to see the far right fueling division like this, but it's just as important that all sides avoid playing into polarization and work toward real solutions instead of just culture war soundbites.
