Just another example of how state-run infrastructure is a dangerous monopoly—if railways were privately owned and operated, there’d be real accountability and safety incentives.

Tragic accident, but this is what happens when you have overregulated state-run rail systems that don’t prioritize real infrastructure maintenance. Instead of focusing on endless bureaucracy and red tape, maybe the government should let private companies innovate and actually invest in safety. Central planning just keeps proving it can’t manage things efficiently, even when lives are on the line.

It’s heartbreaking that climate change-fueled extreme weather is making our infrastructure more vulnerable—investing in resilient, modern public transit systems is more urgent than ever.

This tragedy really highlights why we need stronger investment in public infrastructure and climate adaptation—safety can't be an afterthought when lives are on the line.

Maybe if the government focused more on maintaining basic infrastructure instead of wasting money on green virtue signaling and mass migration, tragedies like this could be prevented.
